Although results may vary, committing to following the program on a daily basis significantly increases your chances of success. All exercises range from basic to advanced levels, ensuring progression.

Can I follow Helena's program if I've never done pilates or exercised before?

Yes please! The program is suitable for all levels, and beginners often experience the most noticeable improvements.

Are there any health or pathology restrictions?

These programs incorporate physiotherapy exercises designed to promote healing and strengthen the body. However, they are not suitable for individuals with inflamed injuries in the acute phase. Before beginning any training program, please consult with your physiotherapist or physician to ensure it aligns with your current health condition.

When does the program start?

You'll receive immediate access after payment and can begin the program and join the community whenever you're ready.

Can I keep the program's content forever?

Access to the 4 weeks program is available for 60 days—30 days for the program and an additional 30 days to cover any unforeseen circumstances. This limited access is designed to keep you committed. For lifetime access, consider our Private format.

How long is each workout session?

Sessions can be completed in 20 minutes, but for optimal results, we recommend setting aside 40 minutes. Ideally, designate a specific training spot for this program that is set up and ready for your daily session, so you avoid any stress or wasted time preparing the space.
